PACKING & DELIVERY
Packing is done with the utmost care ensuring the garment’s safety with individually packed pcs that are then packed in cardboard boxes. We also offer custom packing services for our clients if requested. Shipping is done using the best services available that ensure safe and timely delivery to our valued customers. All major shipping services are available eg DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Sea Freight, Air Cargo.

FAQ’s
1: Can we order a sample for inspection?
Samples can be ordered for testing and approval. Sample charges will be quoted depending upon the item, quantity, design, and any special requirements, etc. The sample production time is usually 7 to 14 days depending on the product specifications, model, design, etc.
2: Which payment options are available?
Payments can be made through Money Gram, Bank Transfer T/T, Western Union, PayPal and Letter Of Credit L/C. Other
payment options can be arranged depending upon agreed terms and ordered products.
3: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100pcs of each item. Special arrangements can be made and offered for small, test or trial orders.
4: How about the packaging?
Standard polybag packaging is offered for each product shipped. We also do offer customized packaging which will be charged based on the type of requirement.
5: Do you offer OEM service?
We do offer OEM custom design and logo to our customers. Custom logos can be placed on each product as per clients specifications as well as special requested designs based on customers instructions.
6: What is your delivery time?
Delivery times are based on the quantity ordered. Small orders are usually produced and shipped within 10 to 15 days. Delivery times for large orders depend on the quantity ordered.
